contract with negotiated price is signed. Having
conducted search and evaluation we send you the detailed CVs of chosen candidates with our
comments, rating points and clear arguments for presenting everyone.
We organize the interviews. Our specialist is
present and participating. The results of the interviews are carefully analyzed. The
recruitment approach is corrected if necessary.
After making a final decision the “Act of
rendered services” is signed where the date of first working day of a new employee is
defined.

on the basis of interview and tests.
Guarantee: - changing of inadequate candidates not
more than twice during testing period.
